Abstract

Capital adequacy for swimming activities in Qalyubia Governorate youth centers

The research's goal is to determine the level of capital sufficiency for swimming activity in Qalyubia Governorate youth centers.

The research sample consisted of staff members of youth centers and practitioners of swimming activities. The descriptive approach was used, followed by the survey method. The research sample, which included 300 swimming coaches and staff members from youth centers, was selected at random. In addition, (30) thirty staff members and swimming coaches from youth centers who were not part of the basic sample but were part of the research community were included in the exploratory study. The findings concluded that the greater the capital, the greater the practice of swimming activity, as there is a direct relationship between them.



Conclusions

• A measure of capital adequacy was built, consisting of six axes.

• The Ministry of Youth and Sports does not maintain a balance in establishing swimming pools to include all governorates

• There is no plan to attract capital and invest in swimming pools

• There are no trainers and lifeguards who are characterized by high technical skills in order to achieve the best levels, and thus there is a lack of demand from hesitant people and achieving the highest revenues.
