Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of training "Insanity" on some physical and physiological variables and the digital level of short-distance swimmers and the researcher used the experimental approach for two experimental groups and control by pre-dimensional measurement of each of them in order to suit the nature of the research and to achieve its objectives and assumptions and the research included (32) swimmer for short distances 50 m and 100 m free Wadi Degla Sports Club for the age stage ( Born in 2009-2010) year divided into (12) swimmers for the experimental group and (12) for the control group in addition to (8) swimmers to conduct scientific transactions for research and was one of the most important results .
1-Insanity training is one of the most appropriate ways to train in the special preparation stage, as it affects the physical variables under research, represented in tests (the ability of the muscles of the legs - the ability of the muscles of the arms).
2- Insanity training is one of the most appropriate methods for training in the special preparation stage, as it affects the physiological variables under research, represented in (pulse rate at rest and after exertion - maximum oxygen consumption - vital capacity).
3- Insanity training is one of the most suitable ways to train in the special preparation stage, as it affects the digital level of swimmers (50m and 100m freestyle).
