Abstract

The research aims to design a ground training program using the transversal method and its effectiveness in improving some physical abilities, as well as improving the digital level of rescue swimming for swimming pool lifeguards. The researcher used the experimental approach using the experimental design for one group. Degla Maadi branch, whose number is (22), and the main sample reached (14) rescuers, and the exploratory study was conducted on a sample of (8) rescuers from within the research community and outside the main sample of the research. The results of the statistical treatment showed the effectiveness of the ground exercise program using the proposed transverse training in developing some variables of physical abilities and the digital level of rescue swimming.
