Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the reality of sports integrity and the requirements for its application in Egyptian sports clubs. The researcher conducted the basic study on a number of (45) individuals from the managers and administration of sports clubs and agents of the Ministry of Youth And sports in Cairo and Qalyubia governorate, and the most important results: The elements of practicing sports integrity among the managers and administrators of sports clubs and agents of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Cairo and Qalyubia governorate were provided with a moderate degree and they have care about the importance of using sports integrity and transparency practices in the sports club, where the club management cooperates with institutions and individuals From various sectors to improve its programs and the quality of service it provides, though The requirements for applying the sporting integrity to institutions are represented in the information system requirement, the requirement of administrative communication, the requirement of administrative accountability, the requirement of participation, and the requirement of administrative work procedures, as the laws and regulations in the club facilitate the completion of administrative work.
