The effect of a training program using Cross Fit exercises and the Total Body Resistance to develop special physical abilities at the Numerical level of shut put event

Abstract

Athletics Coaches seek to develop training programs in athletics using the latest training methods and means to try to develop special physical capabilities and improve the digital level of throwing competitions in athletics that require physical abilities and a special technique for throwing, without any violation, and the coach requires him to stand on the weaknesses in the previous program and choose the means appropriate correction.

The research aims to identify the effect of using some Cross Fit exercises and the T.R.X attachment tool to develop muscular ability and motor balance at the digital level for the crawling shot put competition. The researcher used the experimental approach using the experimental design with pre-post-measurement for one group due to its suitability to the nature of this study. The selection of the research sample by the intentional method from the students of an elective course, training the sport of specialization in strong games, according to the credit hours list system, code 196, from the fourth year students, who number 22 students, and they represent the total community, as they numbered 14 students, and two contestants were excluded due to their lack of regularity in training, so that the number became 12 contestants and included The survey study was conducted on (8 students) of football specialization , and one of the most important results is that the training program led to the development of muscular ability and motor balance and to improve the digital level of the crawling shot put.
