Abstract

The research aims to use very short speed regulation exercises and to know their effect on some physical variables, some physiological variables, the digital level of 100-meter freestyle swimmers. The researcher used the experimental method because it suits the nature of this research, by following the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other control, using pre- and post-measurements. The research community was chosen intentionally from the swimmers of the Sharkia Club who were registered with the Egyptian Swimming Federation, and their number reached 27 swimmers. A number of (5) swimmers were drawn from the original research community as an exploratory sample. This study was conducted on a stage under (15) years of age, and the number of the sample was (22). A swimmer. A number of (2) swimmers were excluded due to their lack of regularity in training, so that the size of the basic research sample reached (20) swimmers. They were divided into two groups, one a control group and the other an experimental group, each of which had (10) swimmers. Among the most important results: the effect of using very short speed regulation exercises. Positively in some physical and physiological variables and the digital level of 100-meter freestyle swimmers
