The effectiveness of using the SWOM strategy in learning the long jump skill among students of the second stage of basic education in Gharbia Governorate

Abstract

This research aims to This research aims to identify the use of the SWOM strategy and to know its impact on the level of the form of technical performance of the long jump skill among students of the second stage of basic education in Gharbia Governorate in addition to knowing the opinions and emotional impressions of the members of the experimental group towards the SWOM strategy used in teaching the long jump skill, the researcher used the experimental approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the researcher used one of the experimental designs, which is the experimental design of one experimental group by applying Pre- and post-measurements of the group, and the study sample was selected in a random way and the number of sample members (24) schoolgirls from the third grade preparatory students at Al-Qaisariyah Preparatory Mixed School of the East Mahalla Educational Administration - of Gharbia Governorate was also selected (24) students as an exploratory sample from the study community and outside the basic sample to conduct scientific transactions, The most important results were that the use of the SWOM strategy has a positive impact with high improvement rates in learning the long jump skill among students of the second stage of basic education in Gharbia Governorate, the form of skill performance, and there are differences in opinions and emotional impressions of the research sample towards the use of the SWOM strategy in favor of dimensional measurement.
