Abstract

Research name: The effect of a specific exercise program on improving the performance of one of the floor exercises apparatus for female artistic gymnasts

Research objective: Designing specific exercises in light of the biomechanical variables for the switch leap jump on the floor exercises apparatus under10, females.
Approach: The experimental approach using an experimental design for one experimental group, following pre- and post-measurement for one group in developing a program for specific exercises.
Sample: 5 women’s artistic gymnasts for the under-year stage
Program: Implement the program within 10 weeks, 3 units per week, and the unit time is 60 seconds. Program contents:
Warm-up (10 minutes), main part (45 minutes), closing part (5 minutes)
Measurements: Pre-measurement:
The researcher conducted a pre-measurement of the research sample, which included measurements of height and weight, and a motor analysis of the gap jump skill, with the legs replaced, according to the reality of the female athletes performing 15 attempts of the skill.
Dimensional measurement:
The post-measurement of the research sample was conducted in the same manner as the pre-measurement
Results:
These results indicate the positive effect of the specific exercise program in improving specific physical abilities and the level of performance switch leap jump
