Abstract

That stature reflects the individual's habits, movements, and behaviors. These habits, which are characterized by repetition, create different patterns of stature in society. Childhood is one of the most age-related stages in which stature deviations occur. This is due to physical maturity, which results in the difficulty of maintaining muscle and joint strength as a result of physiological changes; Also, That stature reflects the individual's habits, movements, and behaviors. This is due to physical maturity, which results in the difficulty of maintaining muscle and joint strength as a result of physiological changes; Also,because of the wrong posture habits, such as: the wrong sitting position during class or while using electronic devices, the wrong way to carry the school bag, the incorrect way of walking, unhealthy nutrition, and lack of exercise, all of which were causes of common posture deformities at this stage.
