The effect of using hologram technology as an electronic educational environment on the level of cognitive and skill achievement in sports performances

Abstract

The research aims to design an electronic learning environment using hologram technology and to know its impact on the level of cognitive and skill achievement in sports performances. The two researchers used the experimental approach with an experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other control. The research sample was chosen intentionally from the female students of the fourth year of the Sports Administration Division, who were assigned a subject. Designing the sports performances: 48 female students were divided into two groups: 24 female students, the experimental group, and 24 female students, the control group. An exploratory sample of 20 female students was chosen from within the research community and outside the basic sample during the first semester of the academic year 2023/2024 AD. The most important results indicated that the educational program Using hologram technology had a positive impact on the level of cognitive achievement and the level of skill performance in sports performances for the experimental group. The use of hologram technology works to increase the awareness and perceptions of learners. The two researchers recommend using hologram technology in the various courses for female students of the College of Physical Education for the four teams because of its positive impact. It is evident in the change in the level of cognitive and skill attainment, and encouraging those in charge of the educational process to use modern methods and various technologies that give learners an effective role in the educational process.
