Abstract

This research aims to identify “the effect of some tools and devices on the flexibility of the foot joint and skill performance in ballet using pointe.” The researcher used the experimental method with a pre- and post-test design for one experimental group, and their number reached (12) female students specializing in motor expression and rhythm. Motor: The program took two months with (16) training units, unit time (45: 65) minutes, tools were used such as (pointe, rubber bands for resistance, an air balance ball, a tool to increase the downward curve of the instep, a bar, an exercise mat, and a balance board. Wooden), and the flexibility component was measured by testing the angles of the heel joint (foot). One of the most important results is that the training program using tools and devices had a positive impact on the flexibility of the foot joint and the skill performance of female students specializing in motor expression and motor rhythm. The researcher recommends developing the program The proposal is part of the teaching plan for third and fourth year female students, and the use of tools because of their positive impact on the physical and skill levels of female specialization students.
