Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of a proposed program for bungee exercises on some special physical abilities and the level of motor performance of skills and motor sentence using the tape in rhythmic exercises, The researcher used the experimental approach by designing with two groups, one control and the other experimental using pre-dimensional measurement, and the sample was selected in a deliberate way from the second-level students at the Faculty of Physical Education (boys - girls) in Port Said for the academic year 2021/2022 AD, The results showed that the proposed training program has a positive impact on improving physical abilities represented in (muscular strength, muscular ability, compatibility, agility, flexibility) and an improvement in the level of performance of the skills lharakii

The female students of the experimental group outperformed the female students of the control group in rates of improvement in specific physical variables. The researcher recommended including bungee training within the physical preparation part for rhythmic exercises in college and using it instead of weight training for the junior stages to avoid injuries that may occur and also conducting other studies similar to this study to benefit. One of the bungee training programs because of its effective effect on motor performance research and the motor sentence with the tape tool.
