The effect of Breakletics exercises on muscular strength and the level of skill performance of the floor Movements in modern dance

Abstract

The study aimed to develop a Breakletics program with the aim of identifying the effect of Breakletics training on muscular strength and the level of skill performance of the floor plan in modern dance, through an experimental study conducted on (38) fourth-year female students specializing in motor expression and motor rhythm training at the College of Physical Education for Girls. Helwan University, Divided into (14) students, an experimental group, (14) students, a control group, and (10) students, an exploratory group. Their ages ranged from (21-24) years. The sample was subjected to pre- and post-measurement to measure the level of muscular strength of the legs and arms, and to measure the level of skill performance. For the floor sentence in modern dance, the program took 10 weeks with (20) training units twice a week, and the results showed that the proposed Breakletics program led to a significant improvement in the muscular strength variable in the post-measurement for the benefit of the experimental group, a significant improvement in the skill performance level variable in the measurement The posttest is in favor of the experimental group.
