Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of a rehabilitation program on the back convexity of the column for students of multi-limb movement in Qena, and this is achieved through the following physical strength: Designing a rehabilitation program for students of multi-limb movement, providing flexibility in shooting (forward, backward, to the right, left) by increasing movement. In the direction (flexion and extension), Reducing the degree of pain with dorsal kyphosis. The experimental approach was used for one experimental group using an experimental design for pre- and post-measurements to suit the nature and objectives of the research. The research population consisted of students from middle school schools in the Waqf Center in Qena Governorate. The research sample was chosen intentionally from middle school students. At the Martyr Hisham Mahmoud Ibrahim Younis Preparatory School, ages range from (12-15) years And those who suffer from kyphosis of the spine and have back pain during the academic year 2022 AD / 2023 AD, as the total research sample reached (12) students from those affected, and it was confirmed that the sample was distributed moderately according to the basic variables (age, height, weight) in addition to some physical variables. and body measurements. A 12-week rehabilitation program was implemented, with 3 rehabilitation units per week for a total of (36) rehabilitation unit throughout the program.
