Abstract

“The effect of mental visualization exercises on the passing skill performance of women’s soccer players.”
The current study aimed to determine the effect of mental visualization exercises on the passing skill performance of women's soccer players. The study sample consisted of first-class female players at the Mahalla Shooting Club and Their number is (20) female players, and the age of the female players ranges between (20: 33) years. The experimental method was used One experimental group with a measurement design (pre-post) Using the league matches, which consist of (first round - second round), provided that the pre-measurement is done after the end of the first round matches, the program followed between the two rounds is applied It was implemented in the period between (12-18 -2022) to ( 2- 22-2023), and the post-measurement is done after the second round. A 10-week program was usedTo develop the skill of mental visualization and the skill of passing, the second-tier league matches consisting of two rounds were used, so that the pre-measurement was made using the performance analysis form for the first-round matches, and the post-measurement was made using The same performance analysis form for the pre-measurement was used to analyze the performance of the second round matches, and the results were positive between the two measurements in the effect of mental visualization exercises on developing the passing skill of women’s soccer players.
