Abstract

"The impact of Synchronized Training on some skill variables of taekwondo players"
This research aims to identify the use of simultaneous training on some skill variables (Beck Chaggi - Yob Chaggi - Dolio Chaggy - T Chaggy) In taekwondo sport for the junior taekwondo player of the Giza Sports Club under (14) years, the experimental curriculum has been used for one group of tribal and dimensional measurement, which is suited to the nature of the research, the junior taekwondo players of the Giza Sports Club under 14 years and registered with the Egyptian Taekwondo Federation 2022-2023 and their number (28) Nascent and nascent, aged 11-13, the sample of research was chosen in the deliberate manner from the players of the Giza Sports Club in Giza Governorate under 14 years old (20) emerging and emerging, reaching the base sample strength of the search (10) emerging and emerging women representing the experimental research group, while the reconnaissance sample reached (10) arising from the research community and outside the basic research sample.
The duration of the program was 12 weeks by 3 months, and the most important result was that the use of simultaneous training had a positive impact on some skill variables. (Beck Chaggi - Yob Chaggi - Dolio Chaggy - T Chaggy) In taekwondo sport, the most important recommendations using simultaneous training has a positive impact on some skill variables in taekwondo sport
