Abstract

The effect of the use of aerobic exercise on the level of health connotations in obese women.

Introduction:

Aerobic exercise programs affect all physical and physiological changes in the body, the study also demonstrated the impact of the training program is low

intensity positively to some of the physical variables and body composition.

The aim of the study: To identify the extent of the impact of two programs experimental (low and high intensity) on some physical variables and body composition of fat.

The study sample: This study was performed on a sample of some obese people aged (45 : 50) years.

Measurements: measurements of certain physical variables (flexibility agility strength muscular endurance League respiratory) and body composition measurements (height-weight ratio of fat symptoms ocean).

Results and conclusions: Study programs have resulted in the improvement in some physical variables (flexibility agility strength endurance League respiratory muscular endurance), body composition and some variables (weight fat shoulder width ratio rib cage pelvic width perimeter of the cage the rib abdominal circumference thigh circumference leg circumference upper arm circumference forearm) and some physiological variables (pulse blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, diastolic vital capacity).

Recommendations: attribution to the results that have been reached in this research are recommended low-intensity exercise programs in question to be applied to all the different stages of life because of its positive impact on many aspects of the body and the physical and physiological variables and body composition.
