Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of using integrative neuromuscular training (INT) on some physical variables (strength - balance) Artistic gymnastics apparatus for second-year female students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Helwan University, the researcher used the experimental method because of its suitability for the nature of the research, It used an experimental design with two groups, one experimental and the other control, by applying measurement ( Before and after), the sample was selected by the random intentional method from the female students of the second year (2023-2024), and their number (60) students They were divided into(20) female students for the experimental group, (20) female students for the control group and(20) female students for the exploratory sample from the research community and outside the main sample to calculate the scientific coefficients of the tests under research, and the duration of the program was two months with (24) training units three times a week on (Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday) and the time of the training unit (90) minutes, and the research results revealed that using integrative neuromuscular training The use of integrative neuromuscular training (INT) has a positive effect on improving the physical variables (muscular strength - balance) Artistic gymnastics .
