The aim of the research is to design a program using infographic technology and to identify the impact of using this program on the cognitive achievement level and performance (both skill-based and digital) in track competitions scheduled for second-year female students (400m run - 1km walk). The researchers used an experimental approach with pre- and post-measurements for two groups, one control and the other experimental, to suit the nature and objectives of the research. The research population consists of second-year female students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University, for the academic year 2022-2023. The research sample was randomly selected, consisting of 44 students out of a total of 270 students, representing 17% of the research population. They were equally divided into two groups, one experimental with 22 students and the other control with 22 students. In light of the research objectives, hypotheses, and the methodology used, as well as the statistical analyses conducted and the research findings, the researchers reached the following conclusions: The use of infographics in teaching track competitions for second-year female students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University, has a positive impact on cognitive achievement level. Additionally, it contributed to improving the performance level (technical and skill-based) in the scheduled track competitions for the second year.
