Abstract

This research will aim to design rehabilitation and Kinesio adhesive tapes to improve the functional efficiency of women with a torn calf muscle to improve the following:
• Degree of pain sensation
• The muscular strength of the muscles working on the calf muscle
•The degree of balance of the affected foot.
• Functional efficiency of the ankle joint (Range of motion)

Research Methodology
The researcher used the experimental approach with the experimental design of one group, following the pre, intermediate and post measurements that are appropriate to the nature of the study

The research sample
The research sample was chosen intentionally and includes 10 women with first-degree calf muscle tears, (8) injured for the basic study, and (2) injured for the exploratory study.

Conclusions:
The proposed program has a positive effect on improving the functional efficiency of women with a torn calf muscle.

Recommendations
Within the limits of the study sample and based on the results of the study, the researcher can recommend the following:
• Guide to the proposed rehabilitation program for cases of second-degree calf muscle tear following the injury.
• Benefiting from study procedures and the program used in building and designing other programs on scientific foundations.
• Taking into account the individual differences between different cases when rehabilitating a torn calf muscle and other injuries.
• Paying attention to the causes that lead to the injury and not being exposed to it again.
