Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the effect of Yoga exercises on flexibility, balance, and performance level in fencing. The research sample was deliberately selected from the fourth-year students to specialize in fencing for the academic year (2023-2024) and their number was (25) students and they were divided into (10) basic sample students and (15) students with an exploratory sample and the program was applied in the Faculty of Physical Education in the island, Helwan University The researcher used the experimental method to design one group by measurement before and after commensurate with the nature of the research, and one of the most important results is that the training program using yoga exercises had a positive impact on the development of the level of performance of skills for the sample under study and the level of flexibility and balance of the sample under study One of the most important recommendations is to work on the use of yoga exercises within the methods of sports training techniques and the use of yoga exercises to develop physical abilities that have a positive impact on improving those abilities and other abilities.
