The study aimed to identify the objectives of club supervision, the foundations on which supervision is carried out on clubs, and the supervision methods currently used in sports clubs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The descriptive approach was used, and the sample included members of the boards of directors of sports clubs participating in two group games and managers and workers responsible for sports club affairs at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Kingdom of Bahrain, numbering (209) members. The most important results were:
1- Supervision helps ensure that specialized financial appropriations are spent according to the plans in place.
2- Youth's reluctance to volunteer during this period, and the lack of an alternative to sports leadership from volunteers.
3- Annual reports attached to the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports by the Minister of Youth and Sports
4- Supervision helps ensure that specialized financial appropriations are spent according to the plans in place
5- Preparing programs to qualify and refine young administrative leaders and encourage them to volunteer by providing the elements of success and excellence for volunteer work in clubs.
6- The objectives established by the basic and internal laws and regulations applicable in the field of youth and sports care.
