Abstract

The effect of a rehabilitation program on the range of motion of a shoulder joint injury in a junior swimmer. The research aims to design a rehabilitation program on range of motion for young swimmers of both sexes with shoulder joint injuries This is done by designing a set of rehabilitation exercises related to the joint to be rehabilitated. The research was conducted on swimmers from the Maadi Wadi Degla Club in its private fitness hall. They numbered (12) junior swimmers and were divided into two groups: experimental and control

It consists of (6) swimmers, and the research was applied for a period of (12) weeks, with two units per week, one unit per day. The unit time is (60) minutes, so that the time of the rehabilitation program as a whole is (1440) minutes, so that the program is (24) units. The researcher made an inventory of scientific references, similar research, and the international information network

The researcher reached satisfactory results that confirm the extent of the impact of the rehabilitation program exercises on the development of the shoulder joint, which in turn is reflected in its effect on the range of motion and reaching the closest possible to nature. This was evident through the differences in improvement rates between the research variables in the post-measurements.
