The researcher's name: Radwa Othman Lotfy.

This research aims to design a standardized physical effort program to know its effect on some physiological variables of schoolgirls with anemia through the following: - (pulse rate (minute) - systolic blood pressure (mm/Hg) - diastolic blood pressure (mm/Hg) - maximum oxygen consumption (meter) - blood picture (CBC) (g/dL)), the researcher used the experimental method using a pre-measurement and post-measurement design for one group to suit the nature of the research and achieve its objectives and hypotheses. The research sample was selected intentionally and the actual size of the research sample individuals was (14) secondary school students at Kafr Saqr Agricultural Secondary School in Kafr Saqr Center in Sharkia Governorate for the academic year (2023 AD/2024 AD) and their ages ranged between (15 - 16) years, and the researcher concluded that the proposed physical activity program has a positive effect on some physiological variables of cases Anemia for secondary school students in favor of dimensional measurement.
