Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the reality of the senior administration’s support for silence in government schools in Cairo Governorate The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method The research sample was chosen randomly by 230 physical education teachers in the middle school in Cairo Governorate The basic research sample was chosen randomly from the research community, which included: I have 200 teachers, 120 (males) and 80 (females) teachers Physical education in the middle school in Cairo Governorate To obtain data, the researcher designed a questionnaire to collect data One of the most important results reached by this study is that it was achieved after the reality of senior management’s support for organizational silence to a moderate degree. The relative weight of this dimension reached (69.6%), and one of the most important recommendations is The educational administration must not be biased towards the school principal in the event of a difference of opinion between him and the school teachers The educational administration must object to the principal’s opinions and ideas in the event that they obstruct the course of work and does not support his opinions on the grounds that they are a form of loyalty at work .
