Abstract

The research aims to identify the most important technical characteristics of the Straddle Jump to push up skill from Group (B) and the aerobic skills (5) through kinematic analysis, and to develop an indicator for building a training program in light of the technical characteristics. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, deliberately using biomechanical analysis, as it is suitable with the research nature research. The research sample was chosen with the purposive method from the best players registered with the Egyptian Aerobic Gymnastics Federation under-17 age group (second degree). The study reached several results, including the most important technical points affecting the performance of straddle jump to push up skill performance from Group (B) the aerobic skills (5), which are the elevating moment (push), the start of jump moment and reaching the maximum height (the main stage), and the landing moment (landing to push up position). Through the results of the kinematic analysis of the Straddle Jump to push up skill from the jump patterns, it was possible to reach four basic indicators that directly affect the technical stages and the skill performance level, which are the horizontal and vertical displacement, the body’s center of gravity speed, and the angular change of (ankle - knee - thigh – shoulder - elbow - wrist).
