The reality of change in human resources management as a determinant of organizational change in directing physical education

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the reality of change in human resources management as a determinant of organizational change in the direction of physical education on a survey sample of 50 male and female teachers, a basic sample of 425 male and female physical education teachers, representing 35% of the research community, in preparatory schools affiliated with the Education Directorate in Cairo Governorate. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was one of the data collection tools. One of the most important results was that the degree of change in human resources management was average among physical education teachers in Cairo Governorate. One of the most important recommendations is to spread the concept of organizational change among leaders by holding conferences and seminars and developing targeted training programs. The role of physical education guidance in educational institutions in influencing work performance, especially with the increasing need to keep pace with the changes resulting from the spread of epidemics, which has had a significant impact on the performance of school activities and the performance of physical education teachers and supervisors in a clear way. Therefore, the leadership style has become one of the most important factors that contribute to bringing about a qualitative shift in terms of psychological feeling, way of thinking and justice.
