This type of training aims to improve endurance, strength, speed, flexibility and coordination. It also helps burn fat and increase metabolism. It helps increase the metabolic rate and the ability to consume oxygen. It helps reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease,diabetes, stroke, and some types of cancer. It helps to lose weight and maintain body mass.
