Abstract

The effect of intermittent training S.I.T on some physical variables for taekwondo juniors Krugi Sports training is an educational process that is subject to scientific foundations and principles and aims to prepare the individual to achieve the highest possible athletic level in a specific type of sporting activity. In light of this definition, we can conclude that sports training is one of the educational processes that is essentially subject to the laws and principles of the natural sciences, such as physiology (physiology, mechanics, etc.), and the human sciences (such as psychology, pedagogy, etc.), and its ultimate goal is to prepare the individual to reach To the highest sporting level allowed by his abilities, preparations and capabilities, in the type of sporting activity in which he specializes and Ultrasonic interval training is a type of athletic training that involves alternating periods of intense work with periods of recovery or rest. This type of training aims to improve endurance, strength, speed, flexibility and coordination. It also helps burn fat and increase metabolism. Among the advantages of ultra-high interval training, it helps improve the health of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. It helps increase the metabolic rate and the ability to consume oxygen. It helps reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease,diabetes, stroke, and some types of cancer. It helps to lose weight and maintain body mass. Muscles, helps increase speed,strength,flexibility and endurance for athletes, helps increase motivation and challenge for practitioners, helps increase the efficiency of respiratory cyclic endurance.
