Abstract

The research aimed to develop a recreational sports program for employees at Zagazig University and find out its impact on the dimensions of psychological immunity (containment - adaptive confrontation - self-regulation) and the dimensions of psychological exhaustion (physical exhaustion - psychological exhaustion - mental exhaustion - social exhaustion) among some employees at Zagazig University, and the researcher used the experimental approach on a sample of (30) workers in the faculties of Zagazig University, and research tools: psychological immunity scale - psychological exhaustion scale - the proposed sports recreational program.

The researcher used the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - torsion coefficient - test "T" - simple correlation coefficient - improvement rates.

Among the most important results:

1- The proposed sports recreational program has a statistically significant positive impact at the level of (0.05) on the dimensions of psychological immunity (containment - adaptive confrontation - self-regulation) among some employees at Zagazig University.

2- The proposed sports recreational program has a positive impact statistically at the level of (0.05) on the dimensions of psychological exhaustion (physical exhaustion - psychological exhaustion - mental exhaustion - social exhaustion) among some employees at Zagazig University.

3- There are improvement rates for the measurement of distance from the tribal members of the experimental group in the dimensions of psychological immunity ranged between (9.13% - 14.24%).

4- There are improvement rates for the dimensional measurement of the tribal members of the experimental group in dimensions.
