The scientific significance of this research lies in its role as a cornerstone for modern studies focused on digital empowerment tools, such as Quick Response (QR) codes, in the educational process effectively and productively. The researcher used the experimental method, with a sample of 65 female students from the fifth grade of primary school. The findings confirm that teaching strategies based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in physical education, in the new normal, have shaped the educational system by enabling teachers to build various educational methods that are flexible and effective. It cannot be denied that the use of ICT-assisted teaching strategies in physical education allows physical education teachers to adapt to the changing educational environment. The researcher concluded that physical education classes play a significant role in developing sports culture, educational, and health values among fifth-grade students. Additionally, the use of the experimental group’s electronic booklet, equipped with a QR code, had a positive impact on improving the level of sports culture among the fifth-grade students.
