The reality of spreading recreational awareness methods

Abstract

Recreational awareness spreading methods is important for students, as they are a new way to change institutions towards a more competitive and more developed future with social networking sites, and the different methods of spreading awareness give female students the ability to carry out their tasks during the day more easily by investing their leisure time, and contribute to increasing students' productivity by developing their awareness of recreational awareness spreading methods.



Through the researcher's work as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Helwan University, she noticed the students' need to learn about recreational awareness spreading methods because they need to invest their leisure time in a healthy way, using social networking sites to keep with the current era, and thus students in the college are the cornerstone for the success of adopting the preparation of a new generation that invests leisure time and entertainment in a sound way.



The researcher used the descriptive approach with its survey and analytical style, and the research sample was selected randomly from the research community, numbering (177) female students, and the questionnaire form was applied to the students, as the results showed that the use of short video clips or "reels" on Instagram and Facebook, awareness campaigns through social media pages, the use of video clips on TikTok, and awareness images on social media sites (Facebook - Twitter - Instagram) had the highest rates of methods for spreading recreational awareness for use as effective methods for spreading recreational awareness.
