The development occurring in sports activities, including volleyball, is clearly evident through the high ability in skill performance that cannot be achieved to that degree without a high level of training methods and techniques. The advancement in athletic performance does not come randomly but requires a fundamental basis, which is continuous training according to the latest training methods and techniques
The aim of the research was to prepare exercises using the HIIT method to improve and develop some kinematic variables and accuracy of the fast spike skill in volleyball, as well as to identify the impact of these exercises. The hypothesis of the research was the existence of statistical differences between the pre-test and post-test for some kinematic variables and accuracy of the fast spike skill in volleyball. The research methodology employed an experimental design using a one-group pre-test and post-test approach, and the sample consisted of (6) players from the original population. After conducting the experiment, it was found that the skill exercises had a significant impact on the development of most of the studied variables.
