"The effect of using hologram technology on learning some basic exercise skills among female students of the teaching department at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Beni Suef University"

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of using hologram technology on the level of (skill performance - cognitive achievement) for some basic exercise skills among female students of the Teaching Department at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Beni Suef University. The researchers used the experimental method because it is suitable for the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen intentionally, which consisted of (85) female students from the fourth year, Teaching Department, Faculty of Sports Sciences, Beni Suef UniversityIt was divided into:

1. An experimental group (30) students who were subjected to the course (under study) using hologram technology.

2. A control group (30) students who were subjected to the course (under study) using the traditional method (indoctrination).

3. (15) students were selected outside the basic sample and from within the research community to conduct the exploratory study.

4. Note that (10) students were excluded, some of whom remained to repeat due to their previous experience and the rest due to their lack of regular attendance. The results showed that the use of hologram technology applied to the experimental group had a positive effect in improving the level of skill performance for some motor skills in rhythmic exercises and the level of cognitive achievement.
