Abstract

The research aims to design a rehabilitation program for sevens football players with cerebral palsy and to identify its effect by identifying the variables of muscle stiffness. The total number of the sample was (14) aged between 18 and 25 years. The research sample was chosen intentionally from sevens football players for the Egyptian cerebral palsy team affiliated with the Egyptian Football Association for Cerebral Palsy III, with a total of (10) players for the basic sample (experimental research group)وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في مقياس اشورث المعدل، منضدة تدليك ،لتدليك اللاعب المصاب عليها ،زيت للتدليك. أدوات مائية.أحبال مطاطة. عقل حائط, كرات طبية, أقماع, ساعة إيقاف

.The results resulted in:

1. The proposed program has a positive effect on improving the muscle stiffness of sevens football players with cerebral palsy.

2. (Modified Ashworth test) is effective in measuring the severity of muscle tension in people suffering from cerebral palsy

3. The effectiveness of the rehabilitation program in improving the muscle stiffness of seven-football players with cerebral palsy
