The researcher adopted the descriptive methodology using a survey case study approach, as it suits the research topic.

The sample was selected using a stratified random sampling method from the research population, including )163(faculty members. The main research sample consisted of )133(members, while the pilot study sample included )30(members. The researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection tool, following scientific steps, with eight statements.
