Abstract

Research Objective:

This research aims to design an e-learning environment using the WIX content management system, supported by cloud storage tools, and its impact on technical performance, digital proficiency, and knowledge acquisition in the shot put competition.

Conclusions:

Based on the research results, the researcher reached the following conclusions:

1- An electronic learning environment using the WIX system for digital content management, supported by cloud storage tools, has a statistically significant positive impact at the 0.05 level on the technical and digital performance in the shot put competition for students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Benha University.

2- The effect size of the electronic learning environment on the shot put grip and stance phase was (38.7%), (41.1%) for the crouching phase, (23.8%) for the gliding phase, (28.4%) for the power position, (30.4%) for the release phase, and (22.4%) for the recovery phase, with an overall competition effect size of (61.9%). Meanwhile, the effect size on digital performance was (37.6%), and on cognitive achievement, it was (79.5%), with a large and strong effect size > 0.14
