Tha effect of trampoline training on improving muscular ability and level of performance of the Air Turn. Tuck1/1 Turn skills for female aerobic gymnasts

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of trampoline training on improving muscle capacity and the level of performance of the Air Turn- Tuck1/1 Turn skills for female aerobic gymnasts registered with the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation for the 2023/2024 sports season. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research, as she used the experimental design with pre- and post-measurements for one group. The number of the research sample was (14) Aerobic gymnastics players for the stage (12-14 years) and they were randomly divided (8) players to conduct the experiment, (6 players) for the exploratory sample from the research community and outside the basic sample to calculate the scientific coefficients for the tests under study and the duration of the program was three months with (36) A training unit three times a week. The research results showed that the use of trampoline training had a positive effect on improving the variables of muscle power of the legs and the center of the body (back - abdomen) and improving the performance of the skills Air Turn, Tuck1/1 Turn for aerobic gymnasts at the age of 12-14 years.
