Abstract

The research aims to design a training program using motor linkage exercises and to know its effect on some body components, performance stages and digital level of triple jump competitors. The researcher used the experimental method with pre- and post-measurement for one experimental group to suit the nature of the research. The research sample was deliberately selected from triple jump competitors from Kafr Saqr Club, represented by (12) competitors. The proposed training program (motor linkage) had a positive effect on the development of health variables (body components - bone mineral density - physical), and the development of performance stages and digital level of triple jump competitors. The percentages of contribution of the three jumps (hop - step - jump) to the digital level as a whole differ from one player to another according to his capabilities and abilities. Applying the content of the proposed training program (motor linkage exercises) is an effective means of improving health variables. It takes into account standardization and gradualness in (motor linkage) exercises and applying the exercises separately and then combining them according to the targeted training load, developing each stage of performance in the triple jump.
