Abstract

Evaluation of technological competencies and professional teaching performance of faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education - Benha University in light of the digital transformation.

The research aims to identify the evaluation of technological competencies and professional teaching performance of faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education - Benha University in light of the digital transformation. The researcher used the descriptive method. The research community was selected intentionally from the current research community of faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Benha University, according to the academic year 2023/2024 AD, amounting to (152) faculty members who were selected intentionally. The researcher selected the research sample intentionally, consisting of (100) faculty members, at a rate of (67.7%)

After collecting data, statistical processing and the results reached by the researcher, it was possible to reach the following conclusions and recommendations:

- The relative importance of the axis of technological culture competencies is (67%), which represents the degree of weak performance.

- The relative importance of the axis of e-learning competencies is (58.4%), which represents the degree of weak performance.

- Establishing an integrated system for educational technology at the level of Benha University, targeting awareness and education of faculty members about its importance and role in achieving effective education.

- The effectiveness rate in the axis of technological culture competencies (0.30: 0.66).
