Abstract

The progress achieved by sports games and events in terms of clear and tangible progress in most countries of the world, and at all levels, was not a mere coincidence. Periods of training and competition, and biomechanics science comes at the forefront of these sciences because of its direct contribution to the study of movement and its mechanical analysis in order to reach optimal performance by identifying strengths and weaknesses to achieve the best sporting achievements with the least possible effort and time.
And the research problem lies: - Through the experience of the researcher as a player, she noticed that there is a clear weakness in the percentage of shooting in handball from one of the researcher's access to this problem by relying on auxiliary means according to the biomechanical variable to solve this problem.
