Abstract

This research aims to design a program for motor activity and to know its impact on the efficiency of the circulatory system and some physiological variables represented in (the maximum oxygen consumption (Vo2max) - breathing rate - pulse rate of comfort) on primary school students. The researcher used the experimental method by designing tribal measurement and dimensional measurement for one experimental group in order to suit the nature of the research and to achieve its objectives and assumpties. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from whom the researcher teaches. The actual size of the members of the research sample reached (15) students in the third grade (fourth) for the primary stage at the martyr school, Lieutenant colonel pilot / Mohammed Jamal Abdulaziz for the academic year (2023 AD / 2024 AD) and their ages range from (9-10) years, the researcher concluded that the proposed motor activity program has a positive effect on the circulatory system and some physiological variables (maximum oxygen consumption (Vo2max) - respiratory rate - rest pulse rate) of primary school students in favour of remote measurement.
