The research aims to develop a scale of psychological stress and hesitation for Kung Fu Tao players. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research. The research population was selected from Kung Fu Tao players at the upper levels of the age group (20-22) years old, boys at the Tersana Club, registered with the Egyptian Wushu Kung Fu Federation, for the 2023/2024 training season. The research sample was intentionally selected and consisted of (32) players. The final form of the scale consists of (43) statements distributed over three axes: the physiological domain (8) statements, all negative; the mental domain (14) statements; and the emotional domain (20) statements, and (1) positive statement. Therefore, the higher the score, the higher the psychological stress and hesitation. Finally, the score is totaled, and from here it is possible to determine whether the player has a high or low level on the psychological stress and hesitation scale. Thus, the minimum score is 43 and the maximum score is 129. The results showed a high level of psychological stress and hesitation among Kung Fu players.
