Abstract

The research aims at the reality of job security for the employees of the gymnastics system in sports clubs in Cairo and Giza governorates. The researcher used the descriptive method due to its suitabity for the subject of the research. The research community included some workers in the gymnastics system in sports clubs in Cairo and Giza governorates, which was selected by the random intentional way from the research community, as it included a number of (5) sports clubs in Cairo Governorate, and a number of (5) sports clubs in Giza Governorate. The researcher chose sports clubs that have an advanced gymnastics system with a result in gymnastics championships, when the total research care included a number of (150) administrators and trainers, where the researcher used the job security questionnaire I have those working in the gymnastics system in sports clubs, and the conclusions reached to identify me

The field of identifying the reality of wages, rewards and incentives for workers in the gymnastics system in sports clubs.

The field of identifying the reality of the clarity of laws and regulations for employees of the gymnastics system in sports clubs.

The field of identifying the reality of the job burden among employees of the gymnastics system in sports clubs .

The field of identifying relations within the institution and the organizational structures of the employees of the gymnastics system in sports clubs .
