The research aims to identify the effect of the Bulgarian bag on the physical and physical skill level of Kata players by designing a training program for Kata players and knowing its effect on the physical aspect represented in (muscular ability - performance endurance) and the physical skill aspect represented in (Gidan Bray - Oi Zuki - Kaki Zuki). The researcher used the experimental method with a pre- and post-measurement design for one experimental group. The research sample included 20 female players from the College of Sports Sciences for Girls for the academic year 2024-2025. They were divided into 14 players for the basic sample and 6 players for the exploratory sample to conduct scientific transactions for the tests under study. The most important results were (the proposed training program is effective in developing special physical abilities and has a positive impact with high improvement rates for the experimental group under study. Among the most important recommendations is to apply the proposed program using Bulgarian bag exercises for similar samples of different age groups for Kata players.
