Introduction & Research problem:



The current research aims to develop an electronic cognitive achievement test for the Sports Technology Education course for female students at the Faculty of Physical Education, Helwan University. The researchers used the descriptive method with a survey study approach, as it was suitable for achieving the research objective and aligned with the nature of its procedures The research population consisted of 368 second-year female students at the Faculty of Physical Education, Helwan University. The research sample was deliberately selected, comprising 40 female students, representing 10.87% of the total population for the 2024/2025 academic year, first semester The primary data collection tool included a test designed to measure the students' cognitive level in the Sports Technology Education course and to determine the test duration, which was set at 20 minutes One of the most significant findings was that the electronic cognitive achievement test proved to be valid for use with second-year female students in the Sports Technology Education course.
