Abstract

Abstract
The sports field in general is considered one of the most important fields for expressing people’s progress and advancement. Therefore, interest has been constant in achieving the best performance that would give the highest grades through research, study, and work to solve the problems facing the athlete.
The importance of the research lies in working on learning the skill of standing on the hands on the ground movement mat for female students using special exercises according to some bio-mechanical principles by the researcher to improve the artistic performance of the female students and work to overcome the difficulty encountered during the performance.
The research problem was focused on the presence of the researcher as a follower of this sport in the gymnastics hall. The researcher found, through observation, that there is difficulty in performing basic skills on the floor movements mat, and one of these skills is the skill of standing on the hands.
The research aims to:

Preparing special exercises according to some bio-mechanical principles to teach female students the skill of standing on the hands on the floor mat.
Identifying the effect of special exercises according to some biomechanical principles on the skill of standing on the hands on the floor movement mat for female students.

The researcher will adopt the experimental method to suit the nature of the research. The researcher will select the research sample randomly and by lottery from the original research community, consisting of (30) female students, which were divided into two groups (control and experimental) by lottery and with (15) female students in each group. Thus, it will be The percentage of the research sample is (85%), which is an appropriate percentage to truly and honestly represent the research community,Suitable for representing the research community in a true and honest way.
As for the conclusions, they were: the possibility of using special exercises according to bio-mechanical principles within the applications of physical education curricula, because they are necessary in learning all stages of the artistic performance of the handstand skill, and that the use of the mechanical perspective helped as a basic factor in interpreting the artistic performance, as well as that the kinematic feedback had a significant impact. In correcting many errors in the stages of technical performance.
As for the recommendations, they included: the need to conduct research in the field of learning skills using educational curricula that include in their applications the use of special exercises according to biomechanical principles in educational units to improve technique, as well as the need to take into account the kinematic variables affecting the type of skill performed because of their major role in interpreting and raising Performance level.
