Abstract

This research aims primarily to develop recreational water exercises at the digital level for swimming buds. The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other control. The researcher selected the research sample intentionally from the swimming buds born in 2014 at the Zamalek Sports Club, numbering (80) buds. The basic research sample consisted of (50) buds and they were divided into two equal groups: the first is the experimental group with (25) buds, and the second is the control group with (25) buds. Exploratory studies were conducted on a sample of (12) buds from the research community and outside the basic research sample, to conduct scientific transactions for the tests. The most important results of the research showed that the recreational water exercises that were applied to the experimental group of swimming buds at the Zamalek Sports Club born in 2014 had a positive impact in improving the digital level of the bud swimmers compared to the control group. Therefore, the researcher developed recreational water exercises that contain activities practiced within the environment.
