The research aims to identify the effect of the strategy (think - pair - share) on improving creative motor abilities and learning some handball skills among primary school students
The researcher used the experimental approach by conducting the per-post measurements for two groups, one experimental and the other control. The sample of the research (48) students, and they were divided into two groups, one control (learned in the traditional way) and the other experimental (learned by the using strategy of “thin-pair- share).
One of the most important conclusions is that the use of both the traditional method and the “think-pair-share” strategy showed a positive effect on the level of performance of creative motor abilities and the level of learning some handball skills among sixth grade students in primary school, with the superiority of the group that used the “think-pair-share” strategy over its counterpart that used the traditional method
The most important recommendations are the need to apply the Think-Pair-Share strategy to improve the level of creative motor abilities and the level of learning handball skills for sixth grade primary students. Also, directing the attention of teachers and coaches in the field of sports to the use of active learning strategies in teaching and training various sports activities
