Abstract

.

The aim of this research is to design a training program using Chopfit exercises and to determine its effect on some physical and skill variables among squash juniors under study. The researcher used the experimental source by following one of the experimental designs, which is the experimental design

One group through its pre- and post-measurement. Due to the nature of the research objectives and hypotheses, the research community included squash juniors at Minya Sports Club under (15) years old for the 2024/2025 sports season, numbering (20) juniors. The number of the basic sample reached (14) players. The most important results were: - 1 - Chopril training played an important and vital role in improving the level of many physical variables, represented by speed, flexibility, muscle strength, and muscle capacity among juniors, as the percentage of improvement was statistically in favor of the post-measurement.

- 2 - Chopfit training, which was performed in a rotational manner, helped develop the rotational strength of the trunk, which helped improve the playing performance of the juniors

Chopfil training played a positive role in improving the playing level of squash juniors, as evidenced by the results

Averages of the pre- and post-measurements in the skill variables under study, and the post-measurement is valid.. -4- There is a direct effect of the improvement in the game, especially the forehand and backhand crosses, as the rates of accuracy and strength increased, and errors were reduced during performance, and thus the ability to achieve athletic excellence.
