This research primarily aims to identify the effect of the rehabilitation program for obese blind women on:1) spinal functional efficiency (spinal flexibility – analysis of spinal curvatures), 2) pain level. The researcher used the experimental method, employing the experimental design for a single experimental group. The research sample was deliberately selected from obese blind women suffering from lower back pain and knee pain, whose ages ranged from 35 to 45 years. The total sample included 7 participants in the experimental group and 5 participants in the exploratory group from outside the main research sample to carry out the scientific procedures of the tests. The most important results of the research revealed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements of the variables of spinal functional efficiency, in favor of the post-measurements among the obese blind women. Statistically significant differences were also found between the pre- and post-measurements of the pain level variable, in favor of the post-measurement. The researcher recommended the generalization of the proposed rehabilitation program to be applied to other categories of visually impaired individuals and people with special needs who suffer from obesity or problems in the spine and knee, due to its effectiveness in improving functional efficiency, physical fitness, and reducing pain. Furthermore, attention should be given to the use of rehabilitative physical exercises and supportive thermal and therapeutic means as a safe and effective method to improve spinal functional efficiency
